Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your NBCUniversal gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all merchandise is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address or available for immediate download.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
